1. We want to meet you in your space. We'll talk about your dreams for the remodel.
2. Preconstruction/Design Contract.  A preconstruction contract is essential for remodeling projects as it gets us on the same page about project feasibility, budget, design, and specifications for your remodel. We then create a formal construction contract

1. Construction Preparation: Now that a final agreement between the remodeler and homeowners has been reached, construction can finally commence! Permits, if necessary, have been acquired!
2. Construction: We begin the transformation of your space. The remodel has begun! We adhere to all specifications outlined in the contract and your dream takes shape.
3. Post Construction: The remodel is done, you have your space back, and you love it. All necessary documents will be left with the homeowner and you will receive your 1 year warranty on your new product.

No problem. It is extremely common for our clients to change their mind. When there is a change to contract, we create a change order that outlines the changes requested by the homeowner, the price those changes will incur, and our agreement to move forward with your changes.
